Due to increased activity in the real estate sector, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Prince as our new Managing Director, from the 15th September 2023.
As Managing Director, Rob will provide knowledge and leadership to our initiatives to further client confidence, portfolio advice and real estate planning activity across London and Nationally.
Rob will consolidate and build on our strong track record of partnership development and deliver further client growth by securing off market real estate deals, further assisting with due diligence to support funding on new collaborative initiatives.
Rob has a successful history within global real estate, leading both residential and commercial land teams, overseeing intricate projects across Europe to South East Asia. He has been pivotal in liaising with international banks and UK government entities.
His intricate 20 year experience includes residential and commercial land sales, covering every facet of the planning process, including successful challenges at the Royal Courts of Justice and further challenge at the Supreme Court. Rob also works closely with local councils, County Councils and relevant Member of Parliament to gain support for future development opportunities.
Rob's collaborations with industry leaders, his navigation through complex planning applications, and media appearances on platforms like BBC and ITV further accentuate his stature in the real estate domain.
