Commercial Acquisitions

Commercial Acquisitions

Service overview

Our investors in this property segment are more yield driven and typically have very specific requirements in terms of investment returns and objectives and underlying tenancy covenants.

Once specifications are agreed upon, we would engage with property owners and other intermediaries through our established network to source an adequate property.

Like with residential searches, we coordinate all matters relating to the acquisition including liaising with solicitors, funders, property managers and surveyors as may be required until the property is acquired.

Fees and pricing

Our fee is a small percentage of the agreed price of the commercial property being acquired. We require a small, non-refundable registration fee at the start of any search which is then deducted from the final success fee. There is no time limit imposed on our mandates.

Service highlights

Undertaking a search for a commercial building is an important and time-consuming process. Like with residential searches we will spend a considerable amount of time understanding your requirements and defining the specifications of the target property.
Through our trusted professional network we will work to find properties that deliver on your requirements. We have high level connections with private offices, family offices, wealth managers, trusted advisors and other professional intermediaries, which allows us to find the perfect property.
Once an opportunity has been identified- we are better placed than most property firms to support you with the wider parts of the transaction due to our affiliation with Burlingtons Group, whereby we can assist with legal services, tax and structuring advice, financing and wider professional services.
