Fees and pricing
At Burlingtons Real Estate, we take pride in our transparent fee structure, which includes all services needed for the successful acquisition of investment-grade commercial properties.
Our fee structure includes a £5000 retainer fee for 10 property searches that is deducted from the total fees at the end of the project. We also charge a success fee of 1.5% of the total acquisition price, ensuring that our interests are always aligned with yours.
