Our managed sale service entails taking on the entire property selling process on your behalf.

Our experience in sourcing properties puts us in an ideal position to advise you on how best to showcase your property and identify the best channels to sell it.

We advise on the valuation, prepare and stage the property, appoint the best estate agents to market the property and manage the entire process until the property is sold and all processes are completed.

Fees and pricing

Our fee is a small percentage of the agreed price of the property being sold. We require a small, non-refundable registration fee at the start of any search which is then deducted from the final success fee. There is no time limit imposed on our mandates.
